Results: Apoptosis in the media of thoracic aortic dissection and in ascending thoracic aortic aneurysms was dramatically higher than in the control group. The expression of interleukin-1β gradually increased from the control group, thoracic aortic dissection to ascending thoracic aortic aneurysms (p<0.01, respectively).
結果：胸主動脈夾層和升主動脈瘤的中層細胞凋亡顯著高於對照組。 IL-1β的表達從對照組、胸主動脈夾層到升主動脈瘤逐漸增加（分別p<0.01）。與對照組相比，干擾素-γ和基質金屬蛋白酶9在胸主動脈夾層和升主動脈瘤中層的表達明顯升高（分別為p<0.01）。
